Finding Kitchen Canisters

canisters

I simply adore kitchen canisters and find them to be a triple threat in the kitchen. Β What does that mean? Β It means they are attractive, a space saver, and keeps your food fresh.

With all that, how can you go wrong?!

The other lovely thing about canisters, is they help enhance the look or theme of your kitchen in a very affordable way. Β When I redecorated my kitchen last year, I specifically searched for canisters that would add to the look without losing any more space on my kitchen counters. Β While no longer available, these are the canisters I choose for my kitchen:

  1. I use a coffee candy canister for my ground coffee in the freezer, I have several tea tins for loose leaf, and use 3 gallon buckets for my bulk storage and glass + glass lid + rubber gasket jars for visible storage. The thing I like about them is that I can put labels on them (I use blue masking tape cause it’s easy to remove), they’re easy to wash, and with them being see through, they’re visually interesting (as well as informing me when I need more!)

Are the white ones the ones in your kitchen?
